As a New Home Consultant, you will be instrumental in guiding customers along their homebuying journey. Your role will involve showcasing our diverse range of product features, floor plans, and designs tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will work collaboratively with our internal teams to ensure a smooth homebuilding experience and achieve customer satisfaction at every stage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert visiting customers into future homeowners by showcasing our new home communities
  • Leverage various resources including marketing materials, model homes, and realtor partnerships to drive sales
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and customer service goals independently
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to uphold M/I Homes' leadership position in the industry
  • Educate prospective buyers on M/I Homes' offerings, community benefits, financing options, and more
  • Serve as the primary contact for homebuyers, providing support from the initial consultation to closing
  • Collaborate with internal teams and participate in division meetings to ensure effective communication throughout the homebuilding process
  • Maintain M/I Homes' brand integrity by overseeing community aesthetics and home upkeep
