Key Responsibilities
- Assist the team with a wide range of operational, administrative, and client-focused tasks.
- Support internal processes through diligent documentation and administrative duties.
- Contribute to the preparation of reports, statistics, and presentations.
- Manage tasks related to invoicing and performance confirmation documents.
- Work closely with the Head of Department, playing a vital support role in daily operations, priority management, and process enhancement.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Fluency in English and German is a must.
- A genuine curiosity about the IT services industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications at a user level.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
