Qualifications
Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of manufacturing experience in regulated environments (Food, Pharma, or Industrial production). Associate’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma with 10 years of experience in similar settings. Minimum of 2 years in a team lead role. Skills:Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Strong conflict resolution and team coaching abilities. Knowledge of regulatory requirements, safe work practices, and ISO 9000 standards. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel, from executive leadership to production associates. Proficient in planning and executing at both strategic and detail-oriented levels. Familiarity with SAP (PP/PE) is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
