Taking ownership of incidents and executing escalations as needed. Troubleshooting VoIP calls at the SIP level. Adhering to processes and procedures outlined by senior NOC staff. Performing all job duties during the second/mid shift. Required Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Experience: 1-3 years in a network operations environment. Knowledge: Strong understanding of carrier-level VoIP technologies. Excellent technical problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail are essential. Skills: Willingness to work additional shifts as required. Highly self-motivated, capable of tackling challenging problems and identifying opportunities for process enhancements. Strong ability to prioritize tasks while multitasking, work independently, and take initiative with minimal supervision. Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
