- Set up, calibrate, and operate inspection equipment for Penetrant AND Radiography evaluations on flight-critical hardware, including welds, tubes, and intricate machined components, adhering to industry standards and internal protocols.
- Analyze, evaluate, and document inspection results against engineering specifications and acceptance criteria, producing detailed and accurate reports of all findings.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, and welding teams to schedule inspections, communicate findings effectively, and provide quality feedback on hardware.
- Assist in the development and refinement of inspection processes and protocols to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
