Location: This position is primarily fully remote, with potential opportunities for in-person work when necessary. Candidates must possess a Texas license and reside within the state.
Compensation: This is a non-exempt, W2 hourly role. While annual compensation can fluctuate based on the number of hours you choose to work, our pay rates range from $40 to $54 per hour, which includes compensation for both direct care and documentation time.

Availability: We are looking for part-time Occupational Therapists with afternoon and evening availability after 3:30 PM Monday through Friday, or weekend mornings and afternoons, to effectively meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct occupational therapy sessions and evaluations for a diverse pediatric population.
Diagnose and create care plans addressing developmental needs, including fine motor skills, gross motor skills, sensory processing, and activities of daily living (ADLs).
Educate and empower caregivers on adaptive strategies, home programs, and the effective use of therapeutic tools to support long-term outcomes.
Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and ensure safe and effective care in the home environment.
Complete all documentation in line with Expressable’s quality and timeliness standards.
Fulfill all necessary training, licensing/credentialing tasks, and internal communications promptly.
Qualifications:
Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT, OTD, or equivalent).
Active, unrestricted OT license in Texas.
Availability for afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts.
