Location: This position is primarily fully remote, with potential opportunities for in-person work when necessary. Candidates must possess a Texas license and reside within the state.

Compensation: This is a non-exempt, W2 hourly role. While annual compensation can fluctuate based on the number of hours you choose to work, our pay rates range from $40 to $54 per hour, which includes compensation for both direct care and documentation time.

Availability: We are looking for part-time Occupational Therapists with afternoon and evening availability after 3:30 PM Monday through Friday, or weekend mornings and afternoons, to effectively meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct occupational therapy sessions and evaluations for a diverse pediatric population.

  • Diagnose and create care plans addressing developmental needs, including fine motor skills, gross motor skills, sensory processing, and activities of daily living (ADLs).

  • Educate and empower caregivers on adaptive strategies, home programs, and the effective use of therapeutic tools to support long-term outcomes.

  • Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and ensure safe and effective care in the home environment.

  • Complete all documentation in line with Expressable’s quality and timeliness standards.

  • Fulfill all necessary training, licensing/credentialing tasks, and internal communications promptly.
