Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 per year
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist who is passionate about delivering structured care, setting practical goals, and ensuring consistent follow-through. In this role, you will assess patient needs, provide hands-on interventions, and facilitate measurable improvements in functionality through evidence-based practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess functional capabilities and identify limitations affecting daily activities
- Develop and modify treatment plans based on patient feedback and clinical outcomes
- Deliver occupational therapy interventions to enhance self-care, fine motor skills, upper extremity strength, and mobility
- Create home exercise programs and instruct patients on how to maintain progress between therapy sessions
- Educate families and caregivers on safe and effective support strategies
- Collaborate closely with the healthcare team to streamline patient care and enhance flow
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
- Active Occupational Therapist license in Colorado (mandatory)
- NBCOT certification (mandatory)
- Excellent clinical reasoning skills and the ability to communicate goals clearly
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred
