WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLEA High School diploma or GED is required. Willingness to work overtime as needed. Must possess the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Capability to lift up to 25 lbs is necessary. Legal authorization to work in the U. S. is mandatory, as we do not sponsor employment visas for this position. Please note that AUMOVIO is unable to cover relocation expenses for this opportunity. ADDITIONAL WAYS TO STAND OUTA minimum of 3-6 months of experience in warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing is preferred. Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office will be considered a plus.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • As a Packaging Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently packing and assembling products according to production orders and work instructions, ensuring that all products meet internal and customer specifications.
  • You will operate various packaging equipment to enhance our packaging processes and product modifications, adhering strictly to work and routing instructions as well as standard operating procedures to foster continuous improvement.
  • Maintaining precise counts of packaged products is crucial, along with conducting quality checks to verify the correct processing of orders.
  • Upholding Continental’s quality policy in relation to packaging and assembly will be part of your daily responsibilities.
  • You will palletize and label orders as required and may utilize pallet jacks when necessary.
  • In certain instances, you will operate in the Electrostatic Discharge room to program software products as needed.
  • Responsibilities also include cutting cardboard and loading balers for recycling as assigned.
  • Safety is paramount; you will adhere to all safety and OSHA guidelines to ensure compliance with safety requirements.
  • Performing additional tasks as directed by your supervisor will be part of your role.
