Position Overview

We are searching for a highly talented Offensive Cyber Research Engineer to join our team in our Arlington, VA office. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the development of advanced offensive cyber capabilities aimed at defending democracies globally. We are seeking candidates with 6-8 years of extensive technical experience in offensive cyber operations, software development, and research, paired with demonstrated leadership skills in mentoring engineers and steering strategic technical projects. Responsibilities include designing and leading the implementation of sophisticated attack path frameworks, setting engineering standards for offensive tools, guiding junior researchers, and serving as a technical expert on adversarial tactics and red team operations. Your substantial operational experience, preferably within government or military settings such as Digital Network Exploitation Analysis (DNEA), Exploitation Analyst (EA) operations, advanced penetration testing, or threat intelligence analysis, will be instrumental in defining the technical strategy for our offensive cyber initiatives and advancing the next generation of cyber technologies for the U. S. and its allies.
