As an Office Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting ElectronX’s executive team and ensuring the seamless operation of our Chicago and New York offices. This position is central to a fast-paced startup environment where your proactive approach, discretion, and impeccable execution will empower our leadership. Your efforts will allow our team to focus on what they excel at.
Your Responsibilities
Office Administration
- Vendor Management: Oversee office supplies and maintain vendor relationships for both locations.
- Office Experience: Create a productive and welcoming atmosphere by organizing team meals and ensuring the office is well-stocked.
- Corporate Events: Plan and coordinate corporate gatherings, including meetings and team-building initiatives.
- Event Logistics: Manage logistics for events, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and technical requirements.
- Workplace Operations: Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires and collaborate with IT and building management to ensure both offices are secure and equipped.
