The Offshore Reliability Rotating Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal operation, maintenance, and reliability of rotating equipment in offshore facilities. This position emphasizes monitoring equipment conditions, implementing strategies to enhance reliability, and collaborating with maintenance teams to guarantee the safe and efficient functionality of essential rotating machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the reliability and performance of rotating equipment including gas turbines, compressors, pumps, and motors.
- Design and execute preventive and predictive maintenance strategies for offshore rotating machinery.
- Evaluate equipment performance data and propose enhancements to minimize downtime and bolster operational productivity.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and troubleshooting for equipment failures.
- Assist offshore maintenance and operations teams in addressing technical challenges related to rotating equipment.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Engage in equipment inspection, testing, and commissioning initiatives.
