QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) in the Data or Infrastructure sector. Demonstrated success in cold calling and outbound lead generation. Strong comprehension of data platforms, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise IT solutions is essential. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Able to work full-time from our downtown Toronto office (5 days per week). Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms is necessary. Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced work environment.

Core Responsibilities

  • Perform high-volume outbound outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to cultivate qualified leads.
  • Schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations for the Account Executive team.
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of the company's data and infrastructure solutions.
  • Conduct thorough research on target accounts and personalize outreach for key decision-makers such as CTOs and Heads of Data.
  • Utilize CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce) to track and manage leads and activities.
  • Work collaboratively across sales, product, and marketing teams to enhance messaging and strategy.
  • Maintain precise records and provide regular reports on KPIs and conversion metrics.
