Key Responsibilities:
Operate high-volume copy machines, along with performing binding and finishing tasks. Ensure convenience copiers are functioning optimally through regular quality checks. Address paper jams and communicate specific issues to technicians for resolution.
Manage all repair services for customer copier equipment, keeping accurate records for management reporting and supply inventory.
Distribute office supplies, manage fax transmissions, and handle mail delivery to personnel or designated drop-off points as needed.
Calculate job charges and maintain billing logs. Respond to and coordinate all service calls requested by customers.
May handle filing tasks aligned with specific customer requests. Deliver completed jobs to designated customer locations both within and outside the site.
Maintain daily meter readings and service logs, and may require travel between customer buildings.
Address customer inquiries regarding job status or feasibility. Ensure the convenience copier areas are tidy and well-stocked.
Perform duties related to the shipping and receiving of materials, and assist in setting up meeting and conference rooms as necessary.
May assist with occupant relocations within assigned facilities, conduct re-lamping, light maintenance as assigned, and perform occasional cleaning duties.
Must be available for periodic overtime during nights and weekends, including off-hour emergency responses.
Utilize various equipment including shrink-wrap machines, paper cutters, hole drillers, bindery equipment, joggers, tape machines, stackers, electric staplers, and scales for job completion. Use copier equipment, calculators, fax machines, postage meters, and PCs as required.
Conduct filing duties, potentially involving the purging and archiving of old documents. Undertake additional tasks as assigned.
