Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-focused Onboarding Program Manager to spearhead the structured implementation of customer onboarding initiatives from the moment a deal closes through to deployment and adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
In this pivotal role, you will oversee onboarding projects across various customer segments (Tier 0–Tier 3), ensuring that each milestone is achieved punctually, documentation is systematically maintained, and all internal teams are synchronized throughout the onboarding process. Your contributions will allow Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to concentrate on strategic advisory roles and adoption outcomes while you handle the operational execution of onboarding.
This role is centered around project management, ensuring process alignment, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. You will be instrumental in crafting a seamless onboarding experience that prepares our customers for enduring success.
Responsibilities Include:
Program & Project Coordination
Lead onboarding programs from deal closure to deployment, ensuring timely milestone delivery.
Maintain detailed project plans, track tasks, and report on status.
Identify and monitor risks, dependencies, and delays, escalating issues as necessary.
Facilitate onboarding efforts across Customer Success, Technical Delivery, Sales, Product, and Support teams.
Sales to Customer Success Transition
Oversee the structured Sales-to-CS handover process.
Ensure comprehensive knowledge transfer before onboarding initiation.
