Key Responsibilities

1. One Identity Implementation & Customization

Design, develop, and customize One Identity solutions from Quest, aligning with business objectives.
Establish robust, secure, and compliant Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems.
Engage with stakeholders to collect requirements and develop personalized solutions.

2. Data Management & Automation

Craft and enhance SQL queries for efficient data administration within the One Identity framework.
Utilize VB. NET and C# for custom feature development and workflow optimization.

3. Technical Support & Troubleshooting

Offer continuous technical support and troubleshoot system challenges.
Conduct code evaluations, perform testing, and debug applications to ensure superior quality delivery.

4. Documentation & Process Management

Generate and uphold comprehensive documentation for development, configuration, and operational protocols.
Collaborate across functions to enhance implementations and establish industry best practices.

5. Collaboration & Communication

Work with international teams, especially in Europe and India, to provide cohesive IAM solutions.

Must-Have Skills

One Identity by Quest: Demonstrated experience in implementation, configuration, and solution development.
