We are currently seeking a dedicated IT Onsite Support Engineer to provide exceptional support to end-users in a professional and regulated environment located in Tel Aviv.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver first and second level IT support encompassing hardware, software, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Serve as the primary onsite contact for end-user IT issues, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Effectively troubleshoot incidents and service requests utilizing our ticketing system (ServiceNow).
- Provide prompt and professional user support, both desk-side and remotely.
- Accurately document all activities and resolutions within the ticketing system.
- Assist with IT onboarding for new hires, including equipment setup and user guidance.
- Contribute to and maintain knowledge base documentation for continuous improvement.
- Participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery and support.
