RequirementsFluent in both English and Hebrew (written and spoken). Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT support or onsite support role. Strong troubleshooting skills within a Windows environment and familiarity with standard IT tools. Experience with ticketing systems, particularly ServiceNow. Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented approach. Able to work independently in an onsite client setting. Well-organized, reliable, and detail-oriented. Experience in regulated environments (e.g., GxP) is advantageous. Must be able to provide a clean criminal record extract (not older than 3 months).

We are currently seeking a dedicated IT Onsite Support Engineer to provide exceptional support to end-users in a professional and regulated environment located in Tel Aviv.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver first and second level IT support encompassing hardware, software, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Serve as the primary onsite contact for end-user IT issues, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Effectively troubleshoot incidents and service requests utilizing our ticketing system (ServiceNow).
  • Provide prompt and professional user support, both desk-side and remotely.
  • Accurately document all activities and resolutions within the ticketing system.
  • Assist with IT onboarding for new hires, including equipment setup and user guidance.
  • Contribute to and maintain knowledge base documentation for continuous improvement.
  • Participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery and support.
