Qualifications

Qualifications:A bachelor’s or associate degree in a technical field such as computer science or engineering. Outstanding communication and collaboration skills. Proven experience in supporting and configuring Windows Server and Windows 11.Strong knowledge of Group Policy and Active Directory. A self-motivated individual with a knack for solving complex problems. Proficient in Linux. Understanding of networking concepts including DNS, HTTP, TCP/IP, UDP, and related protocols. A genuine passion for technology. Ability to independently manage projects. Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Intune management. Background in mobile device management. Familiarity with the Atlassian suite of products (Confluence, Jira, Bitbucket). Knowledge of SQL or similar relational database systems.

We are seeking a dedicated professional to enhance our trading systems within a vibrant company that operates across diverse marketplaces, including global futures, equities, commodities, options, fixed income, and cryptocurrencies. Our culture champions teamwork, continuous integration, and test-driven development. This role requires 100% onsite presence.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage the operation and maintenance of our trading systems, ensuring seamless continuity and stability in our production trading environment.
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement organization-wide changes within our global change management framework.
  • Provide end-user support to team members in our Chicago corporate office and remote locations.
  • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot PC hardware and software.
  • Handle user provisioning tasks.
  • Support conference room technologies.
  • Evaluate and recommend new hardware and software technologies.
  • Assist in procurement and management of technology inventory.
  • Support additional key initiatives as business needs arise.
  • Participate in an on-call coverage rotation.
