Oversee vendor compliance queues to ensure timely review and follow-up. Share market-specific compliance insights with vendors and internal teams. Respond quickly to internal and external compliance escalations. Maintain and update Rider Compliance Team processes and training materials. Deliver training sessions to new hires and vendors. Collaborate with the Compliance Team to identify and implement process improvements. Support the team in achieving key performance indicators and targets.
