Credicorp Capital seeks an Operational Quality Intern in Lima to help improve and digitalize business processes. This internship centers on making operations more efficient, strengthening controls, and enhancing the customer experience. The intern will collaborate with various teams to design, implement, and monitor essential processes.
What you will do
- Document and map process flows to clarify current operations.
- Assist with data analysis to support decision-making.
- Identify pain points in existing workflows and suggest practical improvements.
- Contribute to building automations that boost process efficiency.
- Deliver assigned tasks on time and help achieve project milestones.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a university student in the 7th or 8th cycle of Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Administration, or a related discipline.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Macros.
- Experience with tools such as Visio, Bizagi, Project Low Code, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
