THE ROLE
As an Operational Resilience Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Enterprise Resilience initiatives. Your focus will be on transforming identified risks into sustainable solutions. You will spearhead our Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) program, leveraging insights from audits and incidents to create actionable improvement plans. Collaborating with industry experts, you will help safeguard our global operations by managing vital data and documentation necessary for maintaining Pure Storage's readiness against challenges.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Manage the Remediation Lifecycle: Oversee the daily functions of the CAPA program, triaging new findings, assigning responsibilities, and resolving blockers to guarantee timely and accurate corrective actions.
- Coordinate Resilience Documentation: Work closely with technical teams to compile data for Business Impact Assessments (BIAs) and ensure Disaster Recovery (DR) runbooks are up-to-date, reflecting current technical environments.
- Administer GRC Systems: Act as the primary administrator for our resilience tools (such as Riskonnect), ensuring a reliable source of truth and generating reports that provide stakeholders with a clear understanding of our risk posture.
- Support Preparedness Exercises: Organize logistics for tabletop exercises and drills, documenting real-time notes and post-exercise insights to enhance our continuous improvement efforts.
- Track & Report Progress: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to resolution efforts and documentation precision, preparing succinct reports that highlight achievements and areas for development.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Foundational GRC Experience: You possess a background in GRC, IT Audit, Business Continuity, or Security Operations, with a proven track record in managing task tracking, issue remediation, or control follow-ups.
- Process-Oriented Mindset: Highly organized and adept at utilizing GRC tools or advanced spreadsheets, you excel in structured environments.
