Why this role is exciting
We are on the lookout for a proactive and experienced Operational Safety Engineer to play a crucial role in shaping and driving our operational safety standards at Vay.
This is a unique chance to take ownership of operational safety for Vay’s remote driving operations on a global scale, building on our existing framework while collaborating closely with a dynamic cross-functional team across Operations, Engineering, Training, and Safety Management. You will work hand-in-hand with the broader Operational Safety function to translate strategic goals into practical execution on the ground, particularly in Las Vegas.
In this role, you will oversee safety investigations, promote process enhancements, and ensure that safety principles are ingrained in our daily operations and future scaling initiatives. You’ll significantly contribute to adapting and evolving Vay’s global safety framework to accommodate the growing demands of our operations.
