- Oversee and manage client inventory while conducting comprehensive matrix analysis based on trustee inventory.
- Implement and maintain robust controls for handling exceptions as they arise.
- Prepare detailed weekly and monthly inventory reports along with exception summaries.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure all audit templates and manuals are in order, providing necessary supporting documentation as required.
- Assist internal teams by delivering precise information promptly.
- Guarantee that the control reports team fulfills all service level agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely completion of daily reporting and reconciliations.
- Facilitate month-end closing and reporting within five working days as part of effective inventory management.
- Respond promptly to all client or vendor requests.
- Complete various statutory and internal audit reports, ensuring compliance with SOX cycles as per management deadlines.
- Review and approve all standard operating procedures (SOPs) within stipulated timelines and manage the SOP tracker.
