Main responsibilities Monitor and analyze card authorization performance, identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities to improve how transactions are approved or denied. Collaborate with IT, Risk, Fraud, and Customer Service teams to resolve operational issues and enhance authorization systems. Investigate complex authorization cases, analyze root causes of systemic problems, and recommend data-driven technical and operational solutions. Conduct comparative studies, benchmark against the market, and analyze trends to optimize authorization parameters and reduce false positives and negatives. Maintain up-to-date documentation and support ongoing process improvements.
