Qualifications
RESPONSIBILITIES:Identify opportunities in reliability processes, such as predictive modeling and anomaly detection; define problems, develop workflows using large language models (LLMs) or generative AI, evaluate outputs, monitor performance, provide go-live support, and establish operational protocols in partnership with software engineering. Design, implement, and maintain dashboards using tools like Grafana, PowerBI, Tableau, and SQL reports to monitor key build metrics and flight indicators. Optimize dashboards and tools for accuracy and usability, troubleshooting issues, updating data feeds, and ensuring seamless integration with user workflows across production, quality, and reliability teams. Enhance data infrastructure (pipelines, ETL, schemas) for scalability and integrity, maintaining ownership of data reliability to support AI tools and initiatives. Develop and track KPIs for build health and flight risk, including yields, pass rates, and predictive models that inform decisions and actions. Analyze datasets using SQL and Python to identify root causes of anomalies, correlate build and flight data, and recommend solutions.
