Your Role in Our Journey
As an Operations Analyst, your contributions will be vital to the success of our local operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Driving KPI Performance: Take charge of key UX and profitability KPIs for a portfolio of cities, analyzing data to pinpoint improvement opportunities and formulating strategies to achieve these goals.
- Strategic Analysis & Reporting: Conduct thorough analyses aimed at enhancing KPIs and generate high-quality reports and dashboards for clear visibility on core operational metrics.
- Process Improvement: Provide ongoing feedback and innovative ideas for process enhancements to the Operations Manager, ensuring our operations remain scalable and efficient.
- Courier Engagement: Engage hands-on to maximize the satisfaction of our couriers, known as Glovers, by optimizing support processes and serving as a key point of contact for their daily needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication and alignment with other teams, including Commercial and Quality Control Account Managers.
