Key ResponsibilitiesInventory and Order ManagementManage inventory accuracy using Zoho Inventory, becoming the go-to expert on stock levels and fulfillment workflows. Process orders from initiation to completion, ensuring precise documentation and tracking. Maintain clean, organized, and accessible records. Shipping and LogisticsUtilize Webship and other logistics platforms to ensure flawless outbound shipments. Coordinate customer deliveries and internal logistics with tactical precision. Proactively monitor shipments and resolve issues before they escalate. Set standards for packaging, labeling, and documentation across operations. Hardware Preparation and ConfigurationConfigure smart camera devices, ensuring they are deployment-ready. Execute technical protocols with zero tolerance for error. Collaborate with the technical team for troubleshooting as needed. Team Coordination and CommunicationServe as the nerve center of logistics, keeping teams updated through Slack and Zoho. Build strong relationships across teams by providing clarity and speed.

About the job

Location: San Francisco, CA (in-office, 5 days a week)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Role overview

The Operations and Logistics Assistant supports the daily flow of shipments and logistics at Overview. This position is central to keeping operations efficient and reliable. The role is hands-on and based in the San Francisco office each weekday.
