Key Responsibilities
- Support the receiving, dispatching, inspection, handling, and stocking of incoming products.
- Manage returns: count, confirm quantities, assess condition, and complete necessary paperwork.
- Organize pick-up for shipments, liaise with delivery drivers, and coordinate schedules.
- Facilitate effective communication with other departments.
- Address customer/client inquiries promptly, resolve issues, and escalate service concerns to supervisors.
- Promote and encourage safe work practices among team members.
- Conduct daily cycle counts and monitor variances.
- Update weekly reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
