Gopuff is seeking dynamic Operations Associates (OAs) to become part of our operations team. Reporting directly to a Site Leader, OAs are pivotal to our success, embodying drive, tenacity, positivity, and a zest for overcoming challenges. You'll be responsible for various operational tasks, including picking and packing orders, receiving products at our site and kitchen (when applicable), and collaborating with our delivery partners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack items for customer dispatch
- Receive and unpack vendor pallets, ensuring inventory aligns with purchase orders and resolving discrepancies
- Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and facility
- Enforce FIFO practices to manage waste and spoilage
- Communicate with customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items
- Handle and move products in a safe and organized manner
- Stand, push, pull, bend, reach, and walk for the duration of shifts
- Utilize carts, pallet jacks, and dollies for product movement
- Handle products that may include tobacco, nicotine, and/or alcohol
- Work in freezer locations periodically
- Ascend several flights of stairs throughout the day
- Prepare quality beverages and food items, adhering to recipe and presentation standards
- Ensure the accuracy of all food and beverage packaging for delivery
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products
- Organize the kitchen facility to ensure resources are readily accessible while managing waste and spoilage
- Prepare, package, and stage orders for handoff
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required
- Experience in a restaurant or retail environment is preferred but not mandatory
- Flexibility to work varied schedules during peak hours (1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts)
- Basic familiarity with web-based software applications (e.g., Google G-Suite)
- Ability to stand and walk for the entirety of your assigned shift
- Capable of lifting up to 49 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
