Join gopuff as an Operations Associate (OA) and become a vital part of our dynamic operations team. Reporting directly to a Site Leader, you will embody the spirit of determination, positivity, and enthusiasm as you tackle various responsibilities. Your role will involve picking, packing, and receiving products within our facility, as well as collaborating with our partner drivers.

Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pick and pack items for customer dispatch
- Receive and unpack pallets from vendors, ensuring inventory accuracy against purchase orders and resolving discrepancies
- Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and facility
- Adhere to FIFO practices to manage waste and spoilage
- Communicate with customers regarding substitutions or out-of-stock items
- Safely handle, scan, and move products
- Perform physical tasks including standing, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and walking during shifts
- Utilize carts, pallet jacks, dollies, and other equipment for product movement
- Handle products that may contain tobacco, nicotine, and/or alcohol
- Work in freezer locations as required
- Navigate several flights of stairs throughout the day
- Prepare quality beverages and food items in accordance with recipes and presentation standards
- Ensure all food and beverage orders are accurate for delivery
- Comply with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Organize kitchen facilities and manage waste through mindful food preparation
- Prepare, package, and stage orders for handoff
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Experience in a restaurant or retail setting is preferred but not mandatory
- Flexibility to work a variable schedule during peak hours (first, second, and third shifts)
- Familiarity with basic web-based software applications (e.g., Google G-Suite)
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the duration of shifts
- Capable of lifting up to 49 pounds
- Availability for flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
