Gopuff is seeking dedicated and driven Operations Associates (OAs) to join our dynamic operations team in Pittsburgh. Reporting directly to a Site Leader, OAs are pivotal to our operations, showcasing qualities such as determination, positivity, and a zest for challenges. Your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities including picking, packing, and receiving products at our site and, if applicable, in our accompanying kitchen, while collaborating with our partner drivers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pick and pack items for customer dispatch.
- Receive and unpack pallets from vendors, ensuring inventory accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
- Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and overall facility.
- Ensure compliance with FIFO practices to manage waste and spoilage.
- Communicate with customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items.
- Safely handle, scan, and move products in an organized manner.
- Engage in physical activities including standing, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, reaching, and walking during shifts.
- Utilize carts, pallet jacks, dollies, and other equipment to move products.
- Handle products that may contain tobacco, nicotine, and/or alcohol.
- Periodically work in freezer locations throughout shifts.
- Walk several flights of stairs at various times throughout the day.
- Prepare high-quality beverages and food items by adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
- Ensure accuracy in food and beverage packaging for delivery.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Receive orders/invoices, ensuring compliance with expiration requirements and resolving discrepancies.
- Maintain kitchen organization and standards to facilitate resource access while managing waste and spoilage.
- Prepare, package, and stage/handoff orders.
