Position Overview
As an Operations Associate, you will be integral to ensuring the efficient operation of our autonomous delivery robots. While these robots are built for autonomy, they occasionally require assistance in navigating unexpected challenges, addressing technical glitches, or adapting to varying environmental conditions. That's where your role becomes crucial.
In this hands-on position, you will provide support to robots in the field, perform light maintenance tasks such as cleaning sensors, and ensure that deliveries are executed safely and punctually. Your quick thinking and proactive support will minimize service disruptions and safeguard valuable equipment. Additionally, you will document incidents and share insights to facilitate continuous improvement in our technology and operations.
You will closely collaborate with teams across operations, engineering, and customer support to manage robot deployments, address technical issues, and assist with safety and training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure field readiness by supporting robots and facilitating timely response, coordination, and order fulfillment as per business needs.
Assist with deployment processes in accordance with expectations, including the preparation, inspection, cleaning, and positioning of robots.
Monitor, document, and resolve escalation tickets while maintaining clear communication with relevant teams.
