SUMMARY:
The Operations Associate plays a vital role in supporting Allworth’s Direct Business department. This position is responsible for processing client account requests with precision, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards, and delivering outstanding service to both internal and external clients. The Operations Associate collaborates closely with the Direct Business Team Lead and fellow associates to maintain queue efficiency, meet service level agreements (SLAs), and contribute to the overall operational excellence of the department. Attention to detail, accountability, and collaboration are essential in this fast-paced, service-oriented environment. This is a full-time, non-exempt position based in our Addison, TX office, requiring five days of in-office work each week.
