Gopuff is seeking dynamic Operations Associates (OAs) to enhance our operations team in Winston Salem. Reporting directly to a Site Leader, OAs are vital to our mission, embodying qualities such as determination, positivity, and enthusiasm for tackling challenges. In this role, you will engage in a variety of operational duties including picking and packing orders, receiving products, and coordinating with our partner drivers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pick and pack items for customer dispatch
- Receive, unpack, and verify pallets from vendors, ensuring inventory matches purchase orders and resolving any discrepancies
- Manage inventory and re-shelve canceled orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and facility
- Adhere to FIFO practices to manage waste and spoilage
- Communicate with customers regarding substitutions for out-of-stock items
- Safely handle, scan, and transport products
- Be prepared for physical activities including standing, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, reaching, and walking during shifts
- Utilize carts, pallet jacks, and dollies for efficient product movement
- Handle products that may contain tobacco, nicotine, or alcohol
- Work in freezer areas as needed
- Climb multiple flights of stairs when necessary
- Prepare high-quality beverages and food according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Ensure the accuracy of all food and beverage items packaged for delivery
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines meticulously
- Organize kitchen facilities to ensure resources are accessible while minimizing waste through careful food preparation
- Prepare, package, and stage orders for handoff
