As the Operations Chef for Development and Marketing, you will oversee weekly work programs and enhance the functionality of the MeD department in collaboration with the department head. Your key responsibilities will include developing strategic communication and promotional initiatives, defining the annual action plan for the service, and participating in the budgeting process for annual operations across various product lines.
You will plan, organize, and activate promotional and communication campaigns, manage branding efforts, and ensure the company’s visibility through effective merchandising strategies. This includes designing advertising tools and promotional items alongside graphic designers. Your role will also involve product development, conducting market studies, competitor analysis, and gathering customer satisfaction insights to propose improvements.
You will ensure compliance with established guidelines and timelines, enhance product databases and client files, update the company website and social media platforms, and generate performance reports. Setting objectives and monitoring the results of various operations will be critical in this role. Additionally, you will be responsible for training and informing the marketing team and managing relationships with external suppliers and print shops.
