Main Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email, maintaining timely and professional communication.
- Handle booking and scheduling for transport services, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Keep records and data entries up to date within internal systems.
- Coordinate daily logistics operations, share updates, and resolve issues as they come up.
- Support administrative tasks such as document management and reporting.
- Work closely with internal teams to improve workflows and service quality.
Qualifications
- Experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain roles.
- Strong communication skills for customer-facing interactions by phone and email.
- Comfortable with booking systems and scheduling tools.
- Keen attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
