Systems & Process Improvement
- Develop, document, and enhance clinic workflows and operational procedures.
- Identify inefficiencies, obstacles, and error trends, proposing effective process enhancements.
- Support projects that improve patient experience, accuracy, and service delivery.
- Maintain operational documentation and workflow standards.
Data Management & Reporting
- Gather, organize, and analyze data from electronic health records (EHR) and internal systems.
- Create and maintain business analysis spreadsheets to monitor KPIs and operational performance.
- Compile timely, precise, and actionable reports for leadership and operational teams.
- Ensure data integrity while adhering to consistent reporting standards.
Communication & Project Management
- Engage in outbound communications to promote operational efforts and follow up on pending tasks.

- Track outstanding items and guarantee completion within established deadlines.
Financial & Inventory Management
- Order materials, oversee inventory levels, and facilitate replenishment.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of invoices.
- Assist in updating pricing, reviewing fee schedules, and conducting basic profitability analyses.
General Operational Assistance
- Proactively manage operational task lists, ensuring all responsibilities are addressed.
