Role Overview
The Operations Executive role centers on supporting both clients and gig workers. This fully remote position is based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The job requires working one weekend day each week, with rotating shifts: 7 AM to 4 PM, 10 AM to 7 PM, or 1 PM to 10 PM (all GMT +8).
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact between clients and the gig workforce.
- Manage client job postings, ensuring clear communication and attracting the right candidates.
- Handle payment processing for gig workers with accuracy and efficiency.
- Work closely with the Client Success team to address after-sales questions and resolve client issues.
- Advocate for clients by responding quickly to inquiries and supporting them through each project.
- Balance multiple client needs and support gig workers, maintaining a steady workflow and fast response times.
- Approach new challenges with a positive, solutions-focused mindset.
