Your Role
As a Business Operations Intern, you will become a vital member of our Operations team, dedicated to providing exceptional support to our customers, partners, and repair shops in our network. Your primary responsibilities will include developing strong relationships with stakeholders and assisting in resolving any issues that arise.
You will manage all communications with our Dutch-speaking B2B clients, negotiate favorable deals with repair shops, and respond to inquiries from clients and drivers via email, chat, or phone. Additionally, you will proactively reach out to clients to assist them in making informed decisions and scheduling repairs for their vehicle damage.
Internship Duration
We provide two internship cycles, each lasting 5-6 months:
Fall Cycle: Begins in September
Spring Cycle: Starts in February or March
Your Responsibilities Include:
Managing B2B accounts
Streamlining processes and optimizing account volumes
Securing the best and quickest quotes for our clients
Overseeing B2B damage processing, including quality assurance and reporting
Onboarding new partnerships and guiding clients on maximizing their use of Fixico
Acting as the main point of contact for all operational communications regarding damage repairs
Fostering and enhancing relationships with various partners, including international leasing and rental companies
Guaranteeing a smooth and timely repair experience for our clients
Monitoring and addressing repair-related issues
