Collaborate with the site leadership team to conduct root cause analysis and implement effective action plans. Lead weekly performance reviews with Senior Reconditioning leadership, discussing performance against targets, challenges encountered, and countermeasures. Facilitate daily site manager huddles to set the tone and priorities for the day. Support Continuous Improvement projects at the home site and across the region/network, implementing and training on process changes as necessary. Encourage growth and development within our Reconditioning Lead and Manager teams by supporting Development Plans and providing consistent, competency-based feedback.
