About the Role
We are looking for an Operations Lead/Manager to oversee the operational functions of Zeta Labs, allowing our founders to focus on strategic initiatives. You will collaborate directly with our Chief of Staff and Co-Founder, addressing immediate priorities which may include product operations, customer support, and event management. As we continue to grow, your responsibilities will evolve, last month could have involved onboarding logistics, and next month you may coordinate a product launch involving multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities
You will initially focus on three primary areas:
- Product Operations: Manage the coordination of non-technical tasks across Viktor and Jace, which are currently overseen by our Chief of Staff and Co-Founder.
- Customer Support: Gain a thorough understanding of both products and take ownership of response quality and time across all support channels.
- Events and Partner Relations: Handle logistics from start to finish for conferences, meetups, and partnerships.
As you grow into the role, you will also take charge of:
- Streamlining internal processes to facilitate scaling from a team of 15 without disruption.
- Coordinating cross-departmental efforts between leadership, growth, engineering, and support.
- Overseeing new hire onboarding to ensure a smooth experience without micromanagement.
- Managing finance and administrative tasks currently burdening our founders.
Success Metrics
- The founders should no longer be involved in daily operational tasks.
- Customers receive prompt and reliable support consistently.
- External initiatives are executed on schedule with minimal last-minute issues.
- New employees enjoy a hassle-free onboarding experience.
