We are currently seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to join our Bloomington, IL team. If you have a strong passion for operations, project management, sales, and customer service, along with a talent for building and leading effective teams, we want to hear from you!

In this pivotal role, you will collaborate directly with skilled field installers and service technicians, ensuring timely scheduling and execution of customer projects. Your focus will also be on increasing revenue in New Construction and Service work related to automatic and manual entry doors, commercial doors, and residential garage doors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate employee scheduling and assist with technical and mechanical troubleshooting.
  • Oversee daily operations in a fast-paced environment, ensuring adherence to company best practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of operational and sales procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability.
  • Engage with customers to identify sales opportunities, preparing competitive bids and quotes.
  • Optimize pool management and routing efficiencies to maximize departmental capacity while upholding exceptional customer service standards.
  • Monitor Length of Service reporting and metrics, driving positive results.
  • Facilitate productive weekly meetings focused on SODD and Aging.
  • Support the recruitment, training, and development of team members, enhancing performance through regular coaching and annual reviews.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure the highest quality service is delivered.
