Position Overview:The Operations Manager supervises daily operations within the Inspection Center, leading a team of up to 70 associates in a lean manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high engagement among associates while achieving production, quality, and cost targets. Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations within the Inspection Center. Mentor and guide direct reports, focusing on leadership development and performance management. Contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans aligning with company objectives. Ensure compliance with operating standards and performance metrics. Foster a productive work environment that promotes positive communication and team cohesion. Recruit, train, and maintain supervisory staff. Ensure effective training and certification processes for all associates. Assist in production planning to maintain adequate capacity levels. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and protocols.
