We are currently looking for a talented and experienced Operations Manager to lead our team in Burnaby, BC. The Operations Manager will play a crucial role in guiding, training, and developing our service technicians, while driving sales and revenue goals, enhancing client loyalty, and ensuring outstanding service delivery. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily operations of pest control technicians to ensure superior customer service.
- Providing direction to staff in all operational, service, and client care aspects.
- Managing the financial performance of operations, focusing on revenue growth and expense management.
- Traveling throughout the territory to engage with clients and support pest technicians.
- Collaborating closely with the sales team on business development initiatives.
- Working a flexible schedule, including early mornings and weekends as necessary.
- Preparing and submitting regular reports as required.
- Monitoring and optimizing scheduled appointments for efficiency, field routing, and client quality control audits.
Salary Range: $68,000 - $72,000 annually
