SwiftX Inc. seeks an Operations Process Standardization Manager/Supervisor to join its Operations Center in Ontario, California. This role leads the design, documentation, and continuous improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) throughout the company’s last-mile delivery network. The position plays a key part in ensuring operational consistency, scalability, and quality by turning operational data into clear procedures that support reliable performance across all teams.
Key Responsibilities
- SOP Development and Maintenance
Create, document, and regularly update SOPs covering pickup, delivery, proof of delivery (POD) quality, capacity utilization, productivity, cost controls, and ZIP code coverage. Serve as the primary reference for all operational standards and procedures. - Standardization and Quality Control
Establish and enforce quality control checkpoints for stations, delivery service providers (DSPs), customer service, and operations. Ensure that all SOPs are actionable, measurable, and aligned with business KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs). - Procedure Improvement Based on Performance
Monitor key operational KPIs such as on-time rate, SLA compliance, POD quality, utilization, productivity, and cost. Analyze performance gaps and use findings to refine or develop new SOPs. - Operational Alignment
Collaborate with Operations, Station Management, DSP Management, Customer Service, and Finance to promote SOP adoption and execution. Support a continuous improvement cycle: data informs SOPs, SOPs guide execution, and execution is reviewed for further refinement. - Reporting and Change Management
Assist with regular performance reviews and dashboard reporting to identify process gaps. Lead SOP change management efforts, including communication, rollout, and post-implementation evaluation.
