Key Responsibilities:Oversee the management of incoming and outgoing shipments, including the generation of packing lists, labels, and correspondence. Track shipments as needed and liaise with freight carriers to ensure timely delivery deadlines are met. Generate commercial invoices using carrier software such as FedEx, TNT, DPD, etc. Ensure effective tracking and communication of shipments both internally and externally. Interface with freight carriers to address transit delays/exceptions and respond to customs inquiries. Coordinate reverse logistics as necessary and communicate with third parties. Monitor logistics expenses, implement process improvements, and enhance efficiency where applicable. Create packing lists and commercial invoices, including shipment costing. Utilize SAP Business One for stock transfers, generating Sales Orders, and processing deliveries. Ensure that sales details in Salesforce align with SAP, accurately capturing customer warranty purchases.
