Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred. Over 4 years of experience in Retail Management. Ability to multi-task and solve problems, with strong analytical and time management skills. Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively engage with a diverse range of individuals. Self-motivated team player capable of managing multiple tasks. Proactive and process-oriented mindset. Results-driven, with the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels and build consensus. Proven ability to influence and work with management to identify and implement compliance and process improvements. Flexibility to adapt to various work groups and styles.

As a pivotal member of our operations team, the Operations Support Compliance Auditor will report directly to the Director of Operations Support. This role involves assessing, inspecting, and auditing compliance and operational tasks at our store locations. Daily visits to various stores will be required to conduct scheduled audits, ensuring that operational standards are met effectively.
Building and maintaining credibility with Monro Field Teammates and Field Leadership is essential for success in this position. A positive and constructive attitude is necessary, as this role acts as a bridge between the Store Support Center and Field Management.
