Minimum Qualifications:Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred. A minimum of 4 years of Retail Management experience. Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse individuals. Self-directed team player capable of managing multiple tasks. Proactive and driven by processes. Results-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels. Flexibility to adapt to various workgroups and styles.

About the job

As an Operations Support Compliance Auditor, you will play a crucial role in evaluating, inspecting, and auditing store compliance and operational tasks. Reporting to the Director of Operations Support, your daily activities will involve visiting store locations to conduct scheduled audits. Building strong credibility with Monro Field Teammates and Field Leadership is essential. Your positive and constructive attitude will help bridge the gap between the Store Support Center and Field Management.

Compensation: The salary range for this role is between $68,000 and $85,000, with opportunities for additional compensation and incentives based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Your focus areas include, but are not limited to, Monro Forward initiatives, DM onboarding, inventory analysis, safety compliance, and equipment maintenance. The essential functions of this role include:

  • Executing Tire Cycle Counts (TCC), Oil Cycle Counts (OCC), Physical Inventories (PI), Lift Inspections, Safety Audits, and Building & Equipment Inspections.
  • Training Teammates on TCCs, OCCs, PIs, and Safety Inspections as assigned.
  • Supporting Loss Prevention with investigations on occasion.
  • Collaborating with the Director of Internal Audit to develop remediation activities as needed.
  • Identifying and recommending process improvements.
  • Participating in POS Testing as required.
  • Scheduling and preparing for Store Compliance visits up to 13 weeks in advance.
  • Communicating audit results with Store & District leadership.

Communication:

  • You will work closely with Field Leadership to ensure timely execution of compliance initiatives.
  • Fostering strong partnerships within the Store Support Center and field is critical.
