About the Team You'll Join
As a member of the DBA Team within the Data Division at Toss Securities, you'll play a crucial role in managing a variety of database management systems including Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL. This team collaborates closely with other teams within the Data Division to ensure swift data availability and secure data storage.
Your Responsibilities
- Implement and manage redundancy solutions, performance monitoring, tuning, and backup/recovery processes to maintain a stable database environment.
- Support team members in the development and operation by deploying database physical models and testing/applying new database features.
- Automate repetitive tasks to enhance operational efficiency.
Who We Are Looking For
- Applicants should have over 5 years of experience as an Oracle DBA.
- Experience leading next-generation and upgrade projects is essential.
- Hands-on experience managing large-scale databases and performing SQL tuning is required.
- Familiarity with various open-source databases, CDC solutions, and data modeling is a plus.
- We welcome candidates who are eager to learn new database technologies and trends, possess strong problem-solving skills, and have a positive attitude to lead 24/7 customer service initiatives.
