We are looking for a skilled Oracle Functional Analyst II to join our team at Squircle IT Consulting Services. In this role, you will act as an internal consultant, advocating for our business process owners and ensuring the successful implementation of Oracle Financials across various domains such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report. Your responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing and documenting business requirements along with conducting fit/gap analysis and functional design.
- Crafting detailed specifications that align with business goals.
- Evaluating the impacts of system changes and ensuring seamless application functionality and integration.
- Identifying areas for improvement in existing procedures and processes.
- Designing operational workflows, including rollout strategies, transition plans, end-user training, and support documentation.
- Providing support to the Oracle Financials user community by addressing functional issues and queries.
As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in the global Oracle R12 Financials implementation and support, ensuring the smooth operation of the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). You will:
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on Oracle EBS and related technologies.
- Lead the resolution of production support issues, primarily within the Order to Cash domain.
- Maintain the health of production systems and ensure data integrity across upstream and downstream systems.
- Proactively resolve challenges and drive innovation while anticipating potential problems.
- Collaborate with developers, program managers, testers, and production support engineers to implement effective technical solutions.
- Play a key role in the approval of designs and solutions developed by the team before they are deployed to production.
- Support critical business processes, including month-end and year-end activities.
- Leverage your experience to introduce innovative approaches that enhance business processes and system performance.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
