We are seeking individuals with exceptional communication abilities, a keen sales instinct, and a strong desire to thrive in a dynamic, outbound sales environment. You will collaborate with our seasoned Sales and Global B2B teams to identify leads, qualify prospects, and create a robust sales pipeline through systematic outreach and prospecting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to pinpoint target companies and key decision-makers across North America and EMEA.
- Implement outbound outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and structured multi-channel prospecting sequences.
- Recognize and comprehend customer pain points to foster meaningful conversations.
- Utilize frameworks like BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) to qualify leads.
- Schedule qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
- Keep CRM records updated, tracking outreach and pipeline progression.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to synchronize messaging and targeting strategies.
- Continuously enhance knowledge of market trends, buyer behavior, and Devsinc's offerings.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate or up to 6 months of experience in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills that align with professional U. S. business standards.
- Proven interest or exposure to sales, business development, or client interaction through internships, projects, or societies.
- Confidence and articulateness when engaging with international clients.
- Basic knowledge of B2B sales or lead generation is an advantage.
- Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn, Google Workspace, or CRM systems is a plus.
